Join the free webinar: Discover What’s New in Power Path V25

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming webinar, where we will unveil the latest version of our Power Path® solution, V25. Join us to explore the new and enhanced features designed to revolutionize power line design and improve your workflow efficiency.

Register and join this free webinar to find out what is new in our latest version of the Power Path solution.

During the webinar we will show you the new capabilities of the solution. What will you see?

New and enhanced features for power line design:

  • Addition of predefined BIM property sets and classification of entities for supports, insulators, conductors, alignments, surfaces or any other objects.
  • Management of user-defined or system-generated BIM property sets, enabling creation, editing, reordering, and removal.
  • Manual assignment and removal of BIM classification to/from selected objects.
  • Creation and editing of connections to external map services (such as WMS), integrating geospatial imagery or mapping data into drawings.
  • Power lines 3D model previews directly from Project Explorer.
  • Enriched support libraries with new data models of the poles.
  • Improved export of power line entities and surfaces.
  • Support for OpenStreetMap and ESRI Basemaps.
  • Creation of TIN surfaces from contours, meshes, and point clouds.
  • Options for minimizing flat areas, removing elevations, and smoothing TIN surfaces.

Other improvements in solution:

  • Improved performance when importing large civil point files.
  • Enhanced import capabilities, including support for IFCZIP files and Trimble SketchUp (SKP) 2023 and 2024 files.
  • Upgraded printing options, including export to BMP, PNG, JPG, and TIFF formats, and improved PDF export with bookmark creation.
  • Improved import of Autodesk Revit Family (RFA) files with specific family type selection.
  • Enhanced exchange of Autodesk Civil 3D and Power Path entities, supporting import of Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, and pipes.
  • Faster preprocessing and attaching of point cloud data, with support for additional point cloud formats and improved display preview.
  • Improved editing and management of surfaces and point clouds, with new color stylization options for point clouds, including object and classification-based previews.
  • Corrected units for orientation and temperature in IFC records.
  • Fixed profile view scaling for accurate drawing.
  • Optimized creation and preview of large TIN surfaces and point clouds from different input data.

User interface and process enhancements:

  • Optimized Start Page for better visibility and preview of previously used files.
  • Improved ribbon and panels for better user experience, including new search and interface settings.
  • Enhanced License Manager.
